It was a difficult commercial acres property to sell due to restrictions by an overlay committee. The location was in a sketchy part of town. But she was able to get a residential client interested in renovating the old farm house. She had an uphill battle selling this property. I was impressed that she sold it for as much as it did. I shared her success with our fellow PIG members at the monthly meeting last month. I am sure other RE Investors can appreciate Teresa who reviewed the price comparisons, flood zone information, gathered feedback from interested buyers confronted by people who had no vested interest to buy, other than their own selfish motive to keep the area vacant. You may expect this level of due diligence for really expensive properties under contract from a realtor. If Teresa manifested this much persistence and will to sell "DIRT", just imagine her level of enthusiasm for real estate regardless of the selling price. This should be an essential benchmark to gauge a realtor's success! All the reason why she's selling my residential.
